Partner - Preconstruction and Budgeting
Mr. Pendergast attended Philadelphia University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. He has worked as an Estimator and Project Manager for General Contractors and Electrical Contractors throughout the Tri-State area (including Holt Construction, StarKo Electric, and IMC Construction).Â
Ryan brings his experience with Budgeting and Contract Management to GuardHouse as the primary contact for budgeting, contract review, and general preconstruction activities.
James Deamer
Partner - Construction Management
Mr. Deamer attended Pennsylvania College of Technology and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. He spent the majority of his early career with IMC Construction as a site superintendent on a variety of projects including healthcare, commercial fit outs, hotels, and multifamily work.
James brings his technical knowledge and firsthand experience of construction to GuardHouse as the key manager for constructability reviews, contract descope, scheduling, and general construction activities.
